We’re proud to own and maintain the original runway and control tower of the 447 Bomb Group. Gliding club members volunteer to spend several days per year on runway maintenance. In August 2024, we set ourselves a multi-year objective to raise £60,000 to do badly needed repairs to the runway (members will still volunteer their time).  

You can use this page to make a donation. We’re a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) which means we can claim Gift Aid from HM Revenue at no extra cost to you. You have to be a UK Tax Payer and provide your name and address at checkout.
